This does not predict winners. It checks one thing: whether the prize on offer is favourable against your odds of winning it. A 1-in-5 shot paid 10× is worth taking. A 1-in-20 shot paid 10× is not. In bingo that reduces to tickets in the room < prize ÷ ticket price.
